MCP uses account-scoped API keys. Your agent sees only the keywords and mentions your account can access.

Create a MentionDrop account and add your brand, competitor, or category monitors.

Generate an API key from Settings. MCP uses the same account-scoped auth as the HTTP API.

Add the MCP endpoint to Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, Hermes, or another MCP-aware client.

Ask your agent for a digest, competitor signals, pain signals, or reply drafts.

Skip the config file. Ask your agent to set it up.

Paste this into Claude, Cursor, or Windsurf and it will find the right config file and add MentionDrop for you.
